S. power in conjunction with unipolarity, a ubiquitous absolutist security discourse based on moral and ethical considerations, and intense enmity toward rogue states drives post-9/11 global security policy.

10 It is important to note that “any discourse meant to account for prescriptions, transforms them into conclusions of reasoning, into propositions derived from other propositions, in which the latter are metaphysical propositions on being and history, or on . . society.
